Garden Makeover

One of the projects that has been keeping us busy over the last few weeks is our garden. It's large boring and supposedly mainly lawn, although there is more moss than grass present. In the past we have spent very little time out there. We have been either working or at weekends tended to go away to our caravan, we even paid someone else to mow it. Now that we have more time we are enjoying being there and have decided it needs a makeover. As there is a fair amount of work to be done, both structurally with a path and patios and also planting, we are employing someone to do it while we are away. We have had to order a lot of the materials and skips to come at the appropriate times. This has entailed a fair bit of running around but is now all sorted. I've just taken a few photos tonight to record its original state so remember them! Hopefully I'll be posting some more snaps in a couple of months when you will be able to marvel at the improvement!

It will be good to have a lovely new garden to enjoy when you get back.
Make sure we are invited to the first BBQ - as long as LB has learnt to light it without setting fire to everything within a 2 mile radius. ;)

Have a good trip.

Love A & A

Hello dear friends,

The mailaddres you gave us does not work.

Anyway, I have been checking out your log and found the photo's and stories you wrote regarding the time you spent in Szilvasvarad.
Very nice memories.
We had a good time together.

Jolanda and I also have enjoyed Budapest and Vienna and a lot spots and roads more. We arrived home yesterday after a safe and eayse trip. We followed the river Donau from Budapest all the way up to Passau and took a few nice sideways along the route. Budapest en Vienna were also very warm, about 33 Degr.:-) All together we have made 4000 kms.

You still have a long and pleasant vacation ahead.

Enjoy it and all the rides and donot forget; Rubberside down!! :-)

All the best.

Jan and Jolanda, from Holland

PS:Could you give us Joeri's e-mail adress?
